Ocean View is a neighborhood and commercial area right on the Chesapeake Bay in Norfolk, Virginia. Norfolk (pop. 250,000) is the second largest city in Virginia and the third oldest incorporated city in the United States. It is the home of the world's largest naval base and North America's longest private fishing pier.
